Hiring a professional artist to make your portraits for you is a worthwhile investment not only in yourself but in preserving this particular time in your life. Leaving your session with a bunch of digital files that never see the light of day is not the full custom portrait experience that you deserve!

My approach to photography is a bit different than what you may have encountered in the past. When your portrait experience is said and done, you will have more than just a file of digital negatives that you maybe breeze through once or twice; you will have at least one piece of professional, heirloom quality art to display proudly! I am proud to offer professional-grade, high-quality print products including fine art mounted wall portraits, folio boxes, heirloom albums, and much more!

Your portrait session should be something that you never forget and my goal is to work with you to create a positive, fun, engaging experience! I’ll be there from beginning to end to ensure you go home with stunning, quality images and print products. Step 01:

You’re dreaming of beautiful images of moments in your life; moments in time that you cherish and love and want to hold onto forever. Let’s Chat! Contact me, Laura at Fleur Foto Photography and we will discuss your photography needs.

Step 02:

I want to make sure your session is everything you want it to be. We will discuss all the details of your session; where, when, what to wear, and how to prepare, and I will walk you through the entire process so you aren’t stressing over all the details. For your convenience, we will meet for this consultation over Zoom. This allows us to discuss where in your home you would like to display your images and we can go over the beautiful wall art and print options that will best suit your needs. Fleur Foto Photography will review the Session Contract and Model Release with you, have you sign, and collect the Portrait Commission Fee.

Step 03:

Your Photography Session! Relax, have fun, enjoy! I will guide you through your session. Whether it is having patience with rambunctious kids, getting the stud in your life to loosen up and smile (or lovely lady…not all of us love the camera!), I have you covered. Fleur Foto Photography takes pride in providing an experience where memories are made.

This is when we’ll have fun, joke around, and capture you, your family, and your kiddos in the moment! I’ll also put together more ‘posed’ shots as well to make for a good mix of lifestyle and stylized portraits for you to enjoy and share with family and friends and enjoy for a lifetime to come!

Step 04:

THE BIG REVEAL!! 2-4 weeks following your session, we will meet with you to reveal the edited images from your session. During the Reveal/Ordering Appointment, I will help you through the decision-making process of which images to order for different wall art pieces, and the print options to best suit your needs. All decision-makers must be present at this session as orders will be placed and payment collected at this time. What happens if you can’t decide? Since we have already met previously for the consultation meeting you will already have an idea of what your wall art and print needs are. It will simply be deciding which images to plug into those orders, and we are there to help you through that process. Images are kept on file for 1 year after the session. If you decide you need additional items ordered, you may contact me to schedule an additional ordering appointment with a $75 Appointment Fee.

Step 05:

I offer complimentary delivery of your order if you live within 15 miles of Fleur Foto Photography! If you live outside of the 15-mile area, you can either schedule an appointment to pick up your order or we can discuss a delivery fee. How long does it take for the order to be ready? Production time varies greatly by product. Specific questions regarding production time can be answered more specifically at the ordering appointment.
